The first leg of our journey from the Gold Coast Northbound. Some of our vessels made a quick pit stop for refuelling at Tin Can Bay, while the rest anchored down at Inskip Point. It’s a picturesque spot to drop anchor, and we took in the beautiful surroundings.

Afterwards, we continued our voyage, navigating across the Sheridan Flats. As nightfall approached, we decided to anchor for the night at the serene White Cliffs. It was a peaceful evening, and we were up the next morning for an early departure.

Next we made our way to Pancake Creek, where we bunkered down for a few days where awaited a favourable weather window before continuing our journey northward. It’s all part of the excitement.

A Weekend to Remember with the RMC Fleet!”

After entering Pancake Creek on Saturday that same afternoon, a raft-up gathering on the SUV’s Tonic and Q6 took place. We watched as the sun dipped below, creating a breathtaking sunset that brought us all together.

Our Sunday was all about relaxation, kicking back and enjoying the good vibes. Some of us embraced the water, while others embarked on a trail run to the iconic Bustard Head Lighthouse, taking in the stunning views along the way.

The rest of the days plan included a group hike up to the Lighthouse, where we had a special guided tour lined up where we explored the rich history of this landmark together.

“Exploring History at Bustard Head Lighthouse”

We trekked to the iconic Bustard Head Lighthouse, and then, were guided by the passionate caretakers. Their stories brought history to life!

In the morning RMC owners took part in a Sunset tender cruise for something different before gathering on the beach for a sun-soaked afternoon of laughter and connection.

Simple moments and great memories.

Eventful Stay in Gladstone: Preparing for the Journey Ahead”

Our stay in Gladstone was eventful and productive.
We smoothly navigated our way into Gladstone Port, where we took care of refueling the Riviera’s. Our vessels were now all set and fueled up for the next leg of our journey.

After refueling, our members washed down their Riv’s then took a well-deserved break and indulged in a scrumptious lunch at the local marina cafe.
To ensure we are well-prepared for the remainder of our trip, we made a stop at the local supermarket. We restocked our provisions and essentials, ensuring we have everything we need.

For our evening meal, we opted for a recommended dining experience at Auckland House. Offering a diverse menu to cater to various tastes, it was a perfect way to wrap up our day together as more friendships formed during the dining experience.

“A Riviera Experience with Heart: Supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities”.

The team at RMC and the Riviera owners have done a fantastic job supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities during our Riviera Experience. Our Charity Auction took place on the first of two sunny days, perfect for watersports, beach gatherings, and leisurely walks. These days have provided new owners with a wonderful opportunity to fully enjoy and familiarize themselves with their Riviera boats with friends and family members.

“Enchanting Farewell: RMC’s Lady Musgrave Island Expedition”

To conclude our journey, the R Marine Crawley team and owners made the passage out to Lady Musgrave Island for two nights. Here, we basked in the afternoon sun on floaty toys, explored the island by foot, enjoyed a tender raft-up, and marveled at the underwater world while snorkeling.

We extend heartfelt thanks to all attendees for making this journey unforgettable. It was a pleasure to introduce new owners to these beautiful places, allowing them to get to know their boats intimately during this memorable adventure.
